Description

CeraClean is specially designed for low energy consumption and low maintenance costs, which are provided by the automatic cleaning and a small feed pump. CeraClean removes solids, colloids, and high molecular weight interfering substances from contaminated samples.

Operational Insights

Flow and Filtration Mechanics
Approximately 3 m³/h of sample stream is pumped through the CeraClean unit. Filtrate flows through a specialized filter tube and is transferred to the analyzer. Tangential flow minimizes blockages, while automatic back-flushing extends filter life significantly.
